Blenheim Bouquet, a fragrance created in 1902 by Walter Penhaligon, takes its name from Blenheim Palace in England. Created especially for the 9th Duke of Marlborough as a tribute to the finest British gin. This perfume, which has exceeded one hundred years, combines fresh notes of lemon and basil with the fragrance of lavender, giving it an aromatic lightness. Black pepper adds a dynamic touch, while cedar notes compose a woody background. This classic fragrance mixes tradition with innovation, and Sir Winston Churchill, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, adopted it personally, perfuming his handkerchiefs and keeping them in his cabinet.
