It is the name of a Sumerian goddess of fertility, water and social justice, who was believed to be the protector of dreams and prophecies. He looked after orphans and widows, oversaw justice, fresh water, birds and fish, fertility and favored prophets, giving them the ability to interpret dreams accurately.

The main challenge was to create a fragrance that reflected the kind, compassionate, welcoming and wise qualities of this divine figure. With Nanshe, NISHANE wishes for a world where the forgotten, the poor, the lonely and the underappreciated are cared for.

Surrounded by a lovely accord of rose that has been widely used to aid fertility by many cultures, Nanshe suggests poetic feelings with earthy scents that will secretly capture positivity even in the darkest of times.
