1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.decant.gr has the following alternative payment methods:

 1.1 All payments made by credit, debit or prepaid card are processed through Viva Wallet's electronic payment platform.
"Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, Viva Wallet is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transaction details, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard.
In cases where the payment is made by credit card, the number, the expiry date of the card and the three-digit security code are not stored in the company's storage media during the transaction but are registered directly in a secure environment of the partner company Viva Payments which has taken over the card routing.
All payments made using a card are processed through Viva Wallet's electronic payment platform. Viva Payments, the company that has developed the Viva Wallet solution, has received PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification and implements the prescribed security policy which is evaluated with continuous checks by a certified auditor.
To ensure the privacy of the data transfer, they use the EV SSL-128bit encryption protocol. The system has been implemented in collaboration with the Thawte company, which specializes in transaction security issues. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
The use of your credit card for your purchases in the online store is completely safe, as long as you follow the relevant instructions. Once you have completed filling in all the information required to place the order, you will be automatically transferred to Viva Wallet's secure site where you will be able to fill in your credit card information directly.
To pay by credit card, you must fill in the relevant form with the exact name of the holder, the number and expiry date of your credit card, as well as the three-digit number (CVV) found on the back of the card.

 The check and payment is done immediately, as long as you are connected to Viva Wallet.

 In any case of purchase, the buyer must also be the owner of the card used for the transaction.
1.2 Cash on delivery when you receive the products. In the case of cash on delivery, the customer is charged the cost of transport and cash on delivery as stated before completing the order.

1.3 Through the account you maintain in the Paypal service.

PayPal provides third party payment services, is owned by eBay, is governed and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Great Britain - FSA (as are all British banks and financial institutions in Great Britain) and facilitates the secure processing of a transaction disclosing to counterparties only the information necessary to complete the "payment". Getting a PayPal account is free, as is transferring money from your PayPal account to your bank account. You can also send and receive money from anyone for free and buy from PayPal partner stores securely. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can open one for free by going to the main page www.paypal.com.

 Transfer costs from another bank are borne by the buyer.
The full amount of the order must be transferred to our bank account in order to be executed. Otherwise, an additional deposit must be made at the bank's expense.
